It is with much joy and lots of love that I welcome each of you to our Beautiful City of Lynchburg ( Better known as the Hill City). We are most grateful to have you here.
When I recognize our 76 years of the Virginia State Beauticians Association ‘s existence my heart beats with pride because we the “Central Virginia Cosmetological Entrepreneurs” are 76 years young as well.
As always it is because of you as dedicated, devoted and dynamic members we are where we STAND today. I am captivated by your dreams and eagerness for that ever changing technology that empowers you to keep growing and demanding the opportunity to be the professionals you Dare to be. Our pioneers would be proud.
As your president I am delighted to lead you to help your VISION to START BY ACTION.
